Devices don't listen to my commands when I wake up in the morning
I have an internet bridge, a wireless receiver, a wireless temperature sensor in my living room, and a smart TRV in my office. I have had them installed for two weeks. I normally use the app to control the system and it usually works well, and the TRV or the wireless sensor respond to my commands, switching on or off the heating if needed.
However, for the last few days, I have noticed that the commands I do from the app early in the morning are ignored. I try to turn on the heating while I am still in bed, but nothing happen. The app show the temperatures I have chosen, but the wireless receiver doesn't start the boiler and it has the 'heating' led off. If I go and look at the devices and I make changes in the app, the devices show no activity. The only way I have to 'wake up' the devices is using the manual controls (spinning the TRV head or clicking on the wireless sensor buttons). Once I do this, the receiver spin off the heating and everything start working again normally. From this point, the devices seem to start 'listening' to the app commands.
It looks to me like if the devices are in some kind of 'sleep' state to save battery, not listening to the commands that are sent via the app. Is there a way to fix this?
One thing I should point as well, is that I don't use the schedule. I always control everything manually, because my schedule is not fixed and I go in and out at different times, so I prefer to control all the rooms manually.
Thank you!

Thank you @adzyp, that explain why it was working well at the beginning, but not in the last few days.
I also just received the reply to my email to support:
"As the tado° community is constantly growing, we’re upgrading our database at the moment to improve our systems’ efficiency and provide a better user experience.
As a consequence, your tado° app might temporarily:
- become unresponsive.
- show that there is no remote access.
- delay temperature changes in your Smart Schedule."
They could have added a banner to the app or notify the users… There are black friday offers and I was considering buying more TRVs, but I wasn't sure because it was not working well for me

It's good support have identified the issue, but to leave us in the dark isn't good and not update the status on their status webpage. They should have predicted this on how may units are being sold and increase server capacity or database maintenance as necessary.
I agree they should have been more open (honest) and use push notifications via the app. They definitely need to look into the weekend support, especially winter is among us.

@royi
If it makes any difference, it seems the issue was fixed as of 14:00 today. We are keeping a close eye on it, still. This was certainly bad timing (as Pabarcgar mentioned, it happened in the middle Black Week on Amazon).
@Pabarcgar please have a look and see if things go back to working. We hope you'll still consider expanding your set-up.0 -
Thank you, that is good to know. I will test it again tomorrow morning
