Error - com.tado.general.address etc FIX!
Anyone have this problem when trying to create a new home in the app I found a work around with this link

It shows the option to put in full name details.

This fixed my error code when trying to upgrade from V3 to X after I deleted my Home, in the app I was getting an error asking to enter my full name and there was field to do this.
