Tado gave me the answer to this question. If there is more than one SRT or a combination of a WTS and one or more SRT's the temperature wil be the average of the installed devices. They don't say how this is done.

Hello @davidvalde In the room settings, select the 'measuring device'. E.g. our study with one TRV and a wireless temperature sensor.. The App usually defaults to the thermostat.

Thanks for your answer. That was with version 3 of Tado. Now I’m using Tado X version and that option is not shown.
I only have name, manual control setup and the zone control, where I only can select the smart thermostat that manage the boiler.
Any idea? Thanks0 -
Looking at other answers it seems that your only options with X are to either at a wireless temperature sensor to the room which would always be the measuring device for the room or ask support if they can tell you which of the SRTs in the room are 'leader' and 'drivers' and then physically swap the SRTs round so that the 'leader' is on your preferred radiator for being the room temperature measure. My X system hasn't arrived yet. My 3 downstairs rooms will each have 2 SRTs and a Wireless Temperature Sensor as these rooms also have log burner but I will probably have to ask support for this info for the 3 upstairs rooms with 2 SRTs. This is definitely a step backwards for Tado that makes no sense to me.0

it seems the zone where the wired smart thermostat is installed is always the zone controller as they say in the following link
But, I've a room with 2 SRT but I cannot select the slave and master SRT…the same options so it's really weird and I agree, it's a step backwards for Tado.
it seems you can only select what will make start working the boiler for the zone (who have several boilers in a house???? !-) , but there is no way to select a master or slave device if you have several, to setup the temperature.
the real question is how Tado calculate the comfort temperature if you have several devices??

I don't think it is intended for multiple boilers but for properties where the output from the boiler has been split into 2 or more circuits using zone valves. For example an upstairs zone and a downstairs zone with separate wall thermostats for each. Each can tell the boiler to fire but when it does it only opens its own zone valve.
For us, the lack of control on a per room basis is a step backwards.0
