Removing previous bridge and adding new one

Hi, last week I ordered the wireless starter pack and got to the stage of adding the app and then bridge to it. I then decided I should've got the wired version so I returned it. Today I tried adding the new bridge to the app but it wouldn't allow me to delete the old one. The thermostat was added no problem but now the app says my installation is incomplete. Help please 🥺

    I can see that one of our support agents was able to remove the old bridge from your account. You should be able to add the new bridge now.
