Temp. Return sensor
Having a return temp. Sensor clamped on the radiator will allow more efficient control of the thermostat as it often over shoots on set point. Monitoring the return temp. Will make a huge difference

Great idea! For those of us on district heating, this could be used to sense the temperature of the system since it runs hotter during cold weather and cooler during warmer weather and we don't control that temperature.
Could also work as a sensor to clamp onto a pipe but agree that something you clip onto the radiator is likely to be simpler.
