How do I contact the TADO customer complaints
I Have been trying to get my starter kit delivered for over 2 weeks. I now wish to cancel my order. I have been in the chat bot for 10 days without reply to 7 posts. I have been patient as I understand sift response is not always possible especially if you are trying to find out information. But no response at all is just unacceptable. The handler I am currently being dealt with is Belmin.

I have waited 24 hours so far and I thought that was bad. This is not looking good. The equipment cost me £500+. Need to find out how to officially complain.1

Your complaint was resolved December 4 with a new shipment, at least as far as I can see.
