I changed account email on Tado and no comms from thermostat to boiler. What else do I have to do?
Hi, I not great with electronics or heating, so please treat me as a "Newbie". I have had Tado working for 2 years, but we recently changed phones and used it as an opportunity to also change email accounts on Tado website and app. All seemed to go well but we can no longer comms from the thermostat in the living room to the boiler upstairs in the eves cupboard. The internet bridge seems to be paired, and the app controls the thermostat, but the boiler does not respond. Any ideas?

I looked at your activities logs in the backend. This is what it says (minus your email addresses, which I edited out) on December 2:Transferred BP02 BP2081175040 from 1229936 (p**********@o*******.com) to 1734760 (p*************@g*******.com). Its TIT was RELAY. Therefore, unlinked zones and deleted the circuit 1. Removed BD BP2081175040 from 1229936. Unlinked zones before: [Room 1 (discr: 1, type: HEATING)]. Created heating circuit with number 1. Created hot water zone with BP BP2081175040 as driver.
Something somewhere must have been wrongly configured through this process. My only recommednation is to contact support via our live chat.0
