Boiler won’t turn off heating.
We have a v3 wireless kit, a 3day old newborn.
We have a vaillant ecopro 30 we have followed instructions but can’t seem to control the heating it’s always on.
Any tips for us please as otherwise this is useless to us. :(
Thanks

I had this issue with the v3+ and now the X. With the v3+ my connection with the bridge kept dropping, is your WiFi light on the receiver solid and your bridge is in the position recommended by tado? They provide only a small cable but advise it being not too close to the router and positioned vertically.
The other reason is as the CH NO terminal had a stuck relay and was always on. Either give the receiver a heavy tap, or turn the mains off remove the cover and knock the CH NO terminal pad a few times with the head of the screwdriver. I took the wire out did this and replaced it. I've just posted about this yesterday and found numerous old posts about this issue. It worked for me but concerned about it recurring and might try replacing my receiver0 -
Hello @PowellHouse
I had a look at your backend.
My suspicion is that your system is misconfigured. The tips given by @tadouser224might be helpful.
