How to get support from Tado?
I have now for 5 days tried to get solved a problem regarding the my Tado Thermostat is Offline. I dont think I have evere got such a bad support service as from Tado support. The make a new proposal for how to solve the problem every day, but not chance to have a direct contact.
What are people doing to get good support. Does they have a phone no so?

Sympathise with you. In the first decade of this century their tech support was swift and effective. Now, as they've expanded it seems that they've struggled to cope with the massive load. In this decade professional installers had access to a phone number which helped.
I really hope they get the message that structured timely support is critical to their long term reputation.

I am also not at all satisfied with tado's support. You can only contact them via chat or email not by phone. I have been in contact with support for weeks now regarding our smart thermostat. Which worked perfectly last year this year did not. They don't understand the problem Don't respond or respond too late. And then give wrong advice too. in a telephone conversation, you could then immediately say: this is not possible because. But now you have to send an e-mail every time and wait.1

I will for sure not expand my Tado / upgrade it with this service. I agree with you that in the beginning the service was good. Now they turnaround time is very long, and also answers get very generic and not investigating. Seems like waste of time.

I need some body to look at my Tado system, Room temperatures are well above set target Temperature. Wonder if there is help to look at it and advise if it is working or not.

@Ashok. Use the app,
- go to support,
- explain your problem there,
- you must get past the bot, so put up with its questions, answer them clearly
- when through, your case will be assigned to the support team.
If the response takes too many days, come back here and we'll help escalate.

Just to correct the offered me to buy a replacement. This is a nice answer - more sales. And they did not answer my questions.
Sorry - you have very s customer support that only can be reach by chat, it takes long time to turn around answers.
If people are not very tech, I cannot recommend Tado as if they could run in to trouble.

Just listen to the customer, and find a way to cqll them. Do you make any customer satisfaction survey - would like to see it :-)
