Wireless Temperature Sensor X - failed generating device credentials
Hi, I am getting mad with this, I have spent a full day trying to get the Wireless Temperature Sensor X connected but every single time I try I get the same error on the android app "failed generating device credentials".
Wireless receiver X works perfect after installation though.
I've tried all the suggested solutions without success, factory reset, 2.4Ghz wifi network, trying from different phones/tablets…
When I try to connect it the signal symbol on the top right corner is blinking but then at some point it starts to blink progressively from the shorter bar to the longest bar instead of a solid blink.
Does anyone have any solution to this or any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I made it work using a different android phone, but a few days ago I bought some radiator thermostats with the bridge and I couldn't get them connected so I got in touch with Tado and booked a call with an engineer just this morning.
In the call we reset all and we cannot get anything connected apart from the wall receiver and bridge.
So the answer to your question is, I sorted it to connect the wireless temperature sensor but now I cannot connect it again after trying to connect the radiator thermostats.
Quite dissapointed with Tado, it seems a good product but in my case I cannot make it work...1
