Question about tado CS

So, last week I ordered
Starter Kit - Wireless Smart Thermostat (V3+)
5 x Smart Radiator Thermostat
They arrived on Friday but I was only sent 4x Smart Radiator Thermostats, so I emailed them about it and supplied a photo.
This morning they responded with the following:
"Are you sure that you did not get the 5th Smart Radiator Thermostat?
Looking forward to your reply!"
It's frustrating there isn't a phone number I can use, and live chat never has a support person there! I wish I had never bothered with this company, even though the system is very good :/

Tado have responded and shipped a replacement valve out today.
Now I need to order another wireless transmitter :)
