They have purposely used a chat service rather than telephone to resolve issues because every message is days apart and it’s like speaking to a robot, so you will purposely get frustrated and go away. There are new options now guys...

Perhaps you could share some more details on what happened
My personal experience of dealing with Tado support has been generally positive although I do feel that a phone service should be available to deal with emergencies i.e. no heat or HW

I find emailing the support team works well with initial responses generally arriving on the same day. It does not I suspect match that provided by Drayton Wiser however . . . .0

The TP LINK system is absolutely nothing like TADO
