Hi -

I have a Valiant ecoTEC 615 with a Honeywell ST9400C controller, with an S-plan system.

My end goal is a system that supports modulation.

I've bought a Tado v3 Wireless Smart Thermostat Programmer with Hot Water Control. But, I've read here that this won't support eBUS from the Valiant boiler, and I'd have relay control only.

I've now bought that a V2 Tado Extension Kit. I want to connect this to the eBUS low voltage system.

How can I rewire the system to allow for modulation? Do I just remove the existing high voltage conntection from the boiler to the Honeywell ST9400C controller, and connect the Extension Kit directly to the eBUS terminals in the boiler?
