I can't log in to the TADO app (Android).

Hi, I purchased TADO products and installed the Tado app for Android. I have created an account that I log in to via the website, but in the app I am still stuck on the screen where I enter my login details and after submitting them nothing happens.

I tried logging in on the same WIFI network on my tablet in the app and it works there, but not on my mobile phone (maybe Android 15 is also a problem)?

I have Xiaomi 14t pro.

How can I solve this?

    Where are you located please? & which router/service provider? If London then you are not alone … it is well documented at the top of comments … hardly surprising many people have been affected.

    So I finally solved it :). All I had to do was change the default browser from chrome to another one (e.g. the one from XIAOMI) in the settings and I was able to log in to the app.

    Something in chrome was blocking the TADO app from opening after sending the login details.
