Tado not turning on boiler
Please can anyone help? We have a Worcester greenstar 12RI and have purchased the tado wireless smart thermostat starter kit. Internet bridge connected, thermostat and receiver all set up but no boiler firing up when heating or hot water mode selected? This has replaced a lifestyle LP241 and British gas T4 rf wireless thermostat. Tado system check has told me my boiler cannot be connected to tado digitally, any thoughts on what to do from here? Waiting further instructions from tado but without heating currently so would appreciate any advise

@Wooderz sorry you are having issues with the wireless Tado system. You will have to setup your as relay instead of a digital connection. Could you confirm which device you have bought. I.e. Tado X or Tado V3+ Are you able to provide details of the wiring before and after, so that we can have a better idea of the system setup.

Hi @royi thank you for getting back to me. If you could give me some advise on setting up as relay instead of digital connection that would be great as I've still not heard back from tado on this!! It's the V3+ wireless starter kit that we have.0
