Just got the tado wiles starter kit and gon to install but thr wiring diagram do not match to what I have tried to contact someone but by phone only a message and my get back home to the app for on line support and the message is we may get back to you in two days have sent email to install team and no response this is rubbish support very disappointed will probably sent the stuff back and will not recommend this lott to any on

    Hello @rjman123 This is the user community site. Before you start the install, best to reach out to Tado Support from the main web site (the chat icon is shown below) and clarify compatibility with your heating system.

    When you start the install in the app, Tado support will provide wiring instructions.

    The Professional App provides wiring details for professional installers. Alternatively, the Tado guides, with wiring, are available on-line.

    For users to help: please fully describe your present heating system: boiler (system or combi?), programmer/controls, thermostat, zone valves, S-Plan? Y-Plan? etc. The Tado starter kit (wired or wireless, X or V3+), plus any add-ons, that you are attempting to install.

    Pictures help a lot. Easiest to post pictures from a web browser.
