12 months free subscription Auto Assist not received
Hi Tado support team,
I’m a Tado user sinds beginning of 2022 where I bought the Tado V3+ wired starter package and 6 Tado Radiator valves. For an amount of 400€ via your reseller Tink. I received a free subscription for Auto Assist for a year and after a year I had to pay for it fair enough. Last December I received a promotion mail from your side to switch my complete v3+ kit to Tado X series with 50% discount. Ordered at 23-12. At your Tado Webshop. Order number: S0306079 I went ahead and bought the Tado X wired starter including, bridge x and 7 radiator valves and replaced it within my home. Total invoice worth €409.99. Without the discount it was €819.99
By my surprise I only received 7 days trail for Auto Assist and I see that other members are getting promotions for 12 months free when installing Tado X. See also the other topics on this same subject. I’m a long Tado member sinds beginning of 2022 and bought the V3+ and now the Tado X series for quite some money where I aspect to receive 12 months free subscription for Auto Assist.
I have invested highly in the Tado products and you imagine that I’m not happy so far with your support for long existing clients.
