Vaillant VHR 24-28 keeps heating

I, just installed Tado v3 and my even though the app does not show Tado is giving a heating signal my Valiant keeps heating up the house…I used to have a Toon from Eneco (using OpenTherm) working fine.

Any suggestions?

    I have the same problem with a Vaillant EcoTEC 843. The boiler does not respond to commands from the controller even though all tado components appear to be working correctly.
    I have sent photos of my wiring to support and am currently waiting for their diagnosis. Three days already now.
