Change hot water to heating

Long story short after having an election in discovered that what we were told was controlling the water heater actually controlled the upstairs heating. Is there a way to change the water "room" to be just a normal heating so we can link it to the smart thermostat?

    @Randombard Hello. For users to help, can you provide more details of your Tado devices and what you are trying to change. Pictures of the devices and wiring can help, easiest posted from a web browser.

    ideally I just want to change the one in the top right corner to be heating instead of hot water. Was hoping it would be doable in the app.

    The app indicates that you have a system boiler (separate water tank), so it's not possible to change the hot water icon.The heating icon should be controlling your whole heating system, if you only have one zone.

    We thought that as well but it turns out that what shows as hot water is actually our upstairs ceiling heating, and heating is our downstairs ceiling heating.

    The hot water tank heats up every night on the economy 7 with no option to controll when it turns on, as does the under floor heating. The heating here only controls our ceiling heating, that separate to this, also has old on wall thermostats controlling each room.
