How can I set the tariff unit rate in Energy IQ
I attempted to set this today and was unable to do so. I changed the unit to £/kWh and given my rate is 6.25 pence per kWh i tried to enter 0.0625 but the app would not accept this, turning the field red and disabling the "Save" button. In fact it would not accept anything but whole numbers which equated to Pounds per unit. Is this a bug or am I missing something obvious?

Strongly recommend you write to Support, either through the app, or via email: support@tado.com. Inform us of the outcome and if needed we can try to help escalate.

I think you maybe missed the date on that post. 😁 I did contact support and supplied screen shots and a screen recording as requested. I was eventually able to input the gas rate but I have no idea whether this was down to an app update or an adjustment at the backend but the agent certaintly did not claim credit for the fix. It will forever remain a mystery.

Comma or full stop can also be an issue, I always try both. And for some reason, it does not accept more than three numbers after the comma (it could just strip it or accept more but it just stays red and tells you nothing).
