I can't control the heating and don't seem to have a thermostat. Did the previous owner screw me?
Long story short, I bought a flat and got keys last week. Estate agent told me the old owner left instructions on the heating app. When I got here, I had nothing. Yesterday my wifi was sorted, and I added the Internet bridge and the wireless receiver on the tado app. No sign of a thermostat anywhere, other than an old Danfoss thing on the wall which seems to be a sensor only. In the app I see hot water (provided by a water tank) but nothing to control the boiler for heating. Yesterday it stayed on for ages after I turned off the switch for it, today it's not come on at all and it's getting a bit cold. Any options I might have?

@buci98 Hello. It sounds like the previous owner has taken the wireless temperature sensor with them. Presumably you don't have Tado TRVs on the radiators? Two options:
- Contact the old owner and ask them for the original wireless temperature sensor.
- If the old owner is unresponsive, purchase a new wireless temperature sensor or wireless starter kit. Our local Screwfix has the V3+ wireless starter kit in stock for £85.
Hope this helps.

As there is a contract between you and the previous owners, they are obliged for you to have a working heating system. I suggest you speak to the estate agent/solicitor who should be able to contact the previous owner (They may have mistakenly took the wireless temperature sensor).
