Tado V3+ Temp Control Issues

Upon installation in mid November 2024, we set our upper (19°C) and lower (17°C) limits for the respective rooms in our house, and for about 2 weeks it went okay.
Since the start of December 2024, it has been a proper mess. At random time intervals (outside our set schedule), Tado will heat up a room way past the upper limit.
In the attached file is an example of a room for which the temperature exceeded the upper limit outside of my expectation. While the weather has been cold, it should not be an issue because we invested heavily new windows (HR+++) and isolation for our house.
In the data, the room heats up according to our schedule for the 5th of January up to an including the 11th of January 2025. No issues.
For today (the 12th of January 2025), Tado decided at 15.15 that the temperature of 18°C is too cold and subsequently heated the room to 23°C.
This phenomenon had been occurring in two other rooms, to the point that I removed the Smart Radiator Thermostats.
Is there someone that can help me understand the issues I am experiencing with my Tado V3+ devices?

I can see that our support agent, Masa, has rebooted and recalibrated your set-up some weeks ago. Please write him an email if this did not fix the issue. He can continue to investigate the root of the problem.-1
