smaller wireless temperature sensor X with e-ink display

I just bought wireless smart thermostat X starter kit with few smart radiator thermostats X. It is connected since yesterday and works flawlessly so far.

There is one thing, I changed my old immergas thermostat to tado wireless and it is so big and bulky on the wall, shows nothing if not touched, looks like little outdated gear, opposite to radiator smart thermostats that look great within X range.

I also have few temperature sensors with e-ink screens in few rooms and these are much smaller and look a way better.

Maybe You can consider updating your wireless thermostat for something with e-ink display, it can show temperature all the time with almost no energy consumption, so can be much smaller ( less battery pack ).

I know that it is not so urgent like some missing functions suggestions on this site but it would be nice to have sth more updated on the wall. If it would be smaller and round like on radiator thermostats it will fit together great as one system X

i agree, the only thing I dislike about my tado setup is the lack of a permanently on display to see what is the set and actual temperature. I don't mind changing the batteries more often or using rechargeables. Maybe a firmware update can add this option for the wireless thermostat X?

I don't think that firmware do the trick as the screen is not e-ink one, so it will drain the battery quickly if set to on permanently.
