Certain Smart Radiator Valves are not starting the boiler on demand

I have a Tado V3 set up. I had 12 Smart Radiator Thermostat Valves and 3 Wireless Smart Thermostats. All works ok (its has its moments but nothing that the occasional reset doesn't solve).

I added 3 more Smart Radiator Thermostat Valves at the top of my house…..they wouldn't pair on the top floor (3 floors) but if I took them the floor below they paired ok then when taken back up and put in situ they connected fine. The Smart Radiator Thermostat Valves adjusted if I adjusted the temperature on the app and they also adjust to any programmed temperatures and times on the app. HOWEVER, if its only these radiators that I put on in the app, the valves open accordingly and the digital temp setpoint adjusts accordingly but even though they are calling for heat the boiler does not start. This is not the case with all the other devices, if any of them call for heat then the boiler starts. So as long as there is another device, other than the 3 new Smart Radiator Thermostat Valves, calling for heat then the boiler will start and the 3 new Smart Radiator Thermostat Valves will adjust and modulate the temperature in the respective rooms as per the set point I have set on the app for them…….but as soon these 3 new valves are the only devices calling for heat then the boiler shuts down.

I've removed them and re-installed them a few times but end up back in the same situation. Its as if the bridge can communicate to the new valves any changes in setpoints I make in the app but the valves can't seem to communicate to the bridge that the boiler needs to start.

Anyone any ideas? Is it just a range thing again?
