Thermostat V3 cycles between on and off too often
I've noticed recently my Thermostat is opening and closing the relais quite often. The boiler activates for maybe a minute and then turns off again. This is not sufficient to get the water into the whole system. Yet, the care & protect is reporting it is 100% heating several rooms. This behaviour makes that the rooms are heating up very slowly, and even don't get to the point to reach the desired temperature. I even have tried setting every room to full heat (25° Celcius) hoping it would at least try to get to that temperature but to no avail. According to the plumber, the boiler is not set to anything special, it should follow the relais settings of the thermostat (to make matters worse, if he hears that customers use Tado, he backs off, saying there are on their own, he only supports "classic" installations). I hear the "click" quite often too. Couple of months ago, this did not happen. In november, there was the infamous "update of the database" causing all commands to delay (even blinking the display). Now the display blinks immediately upon request.

Following. I have the same issue. I hope an answer to this is forthcoming for us both.
I don't quite understand why this short-cycling occurs. Something is wrong in the settings for some boilers perhaps.
I got a lot of equipment for a song from a neighbour who said he'd given up on it, but when I asked why he just said there was too many problem to list. I'm now finding the issues out for myself and wondering if I've made a bit of a mistake.

I wired the connection to make sure there is not something wrong with the boiler. I'm hesitant to point the finger to the thermostat, because, even when the pump symbol is on, I cannot hear anything from the boiler. I'm not sure how silent a pump can be.

I guess a pump can be very silent, because there is definitely something going on if I listen very closely. Just have to be sure now (if the "pump symbol" is not showing, I will listen again)
