Geofencing not switching heating on/off
When I leave home and check the app in the office it shows me as 'away' but it doesn't switch to the target temp (14c) it just carries on with the scheduled temp (20c)
If I manually change it to 'away' in the app then it does change to the target temp of 14c

Yes, I've had the same problem for some time, would be very interested to find out why . . .

Do you have "Preheat before arrival" set to "Comfort"? If you're away, but still close to your house, it will keep the temperature close to the set temperature. If you manually switch to "Away" it will use the away temperature.

No but even still, I went into the office at 0800 this morning and left it alone. When I checked it at 1120 it was still heating the house but showed I was away
The office is only about 5 miles away but I don't want it to ignore that I'm away and decide to continue heating. If I'm away it should drop the temp to what I set and not ignore me.

Is 'Geofencing Control' disabled for that time block in the schedule?

Also, can post a screenshot of the heating graph as that might give a hint as to what's happening

Geofencing control is enabled for all time blocks in the schedule.
Start of green is when I left at 0800
Grey is when I switched off the heating at 1130
Next green is when I switched it back on at 1530 (left the office at 1600)
Next orange is when I got home at 1615 and set it to 22c

So it works if I switch off 'preheat before arrival'
