Wired v3 thermostat not reaching programmed temp

Hi, my tado has started playing up. I have it set to heat up to 21º, and it's on for 2 hours. Normally, it reaches that within that timeframe; it only heats up 2-3 degrees, so after 2 hours, it may be 19º at the highest. I have taken the batteries out and unplugged the bridge and set it up again, but it's still the same. Anyone have any ideas? Would be much appreciated.

  • Try this sequence:

    1. Use the app and force a heating boost on that room.
    2. If that doesnt result in a rapid change in heat in that room, contact Support immediately and tell them you have no heat.

    Whilst waiting for a response:

    3. If it is a wall thermostat force it up to 25 degrees, see if it changes.

    4. If it is a radiator thermostat, remove it from the radiator and see if the pin is stuck in the valve. This problem happening on radiators is really common as pins get stuck and the Tado actuator cant force a stuck pin to open- it can push it down, but it cant lift it up, the valve itself must be able to push back.
