Heating not working correctly
Anyone else have problems with heating control this morning? Got up and heating was off and when I tried to open the app it just hung. Looked at the web gui and it says it is in away mode. Finally got into the app and it said "someone in your household set away do you want to return to the schedule" said yes which then crashed the app
Trying to turn off 'away' mode on the web results in an API error
Trying to increase the temp manually does the same

I've created a similar post - yes, I have issues with the app/web interface too. Although my error message look slightly different to yours.
Mine says that "
connecting to the serves has failed. Please check your internet connection" and I was also getting messages 'Error- internal.server.error"0 -
I had my first Tado issue yesterday (Monday) evening.
Smart schedule on the app is set to reduce temperature from 20 to 12 degrees at 2100, heating continued to heat after 2100. I checked the app & that had followed the schedule & reduced it to 12 but the thermostat was still showing a setpoint of 20. At around 2130 I reduced the thermostat to 14 & the heating then went off, I rebooted the bridge & all seems ok this morning.
Not sure if this is relevant to the issue you are having as I'm fairly new to Tado & appreciate this might be a regular occurance that I have experienced.
