I am out of home today and the temperature of all the room drop 4-5 degrees in several hours. There are no push notifications at all until My dad called me that they felt cold.

    1. Make sure that the app settings- Geofencing - is not tracking you. If it is and you are more than a few miles away the heating is suspended. This is crucial.
    2. Get them to turn up the thermostats and see if that fires the boiler.

    If neither work contact support via the app and tell them you arent getting heating.
