Heatings not coming on

I’ve just changed internet supplier and gone with Virgin, and now my heatings not working. The bridge going into the router the lights come on but the link light keeps flashing and has done for a couple of days now. Tried pressing the reset button with the Tado box connected to the boiler but still nothing. And control the temperature on the thermostat and on the app but doesn’t connect to the boiler.

    @Lawsy123 Hello. Our rellie with Virgin broadband has connected their V3+ Internet dongle to a cheap TP/Link WiFi extender with an Ethernet port and an external usb power block.
