Frost protection turns heating ON but then it stays ON!

Our two zone V3 Tado system is in an uninhabited village hall. Currently in one room heating is set to off all day. We have noted that the heating is coming on during the night when temp is low, but then stays on all day so room is reaching 25 degrees or so until we manually turn boiler off. Is this caused by faulty frost protection or if no any other suggestions. Tado was installed to save us money not to waste it!

Hi @VH42
Seems strange. What does the app show when this is happening? Can you post some screenshots?
It sounds like it's switching back to a schedule at some point. In the room on the app, does it definitely say it's off and "Until you resume schedule" at the bottom?

Hi davidlyall. Thanks for responding.
Just been chatting with Tado (a real person not bot). It appears that one thermostat had been installed as a wireless one instead of the wired one that it actually is. They immediately diagnosed issue and has reconfigured thermostat remotely. Boiler has now stopped firing and temperature is going down. Will leave this discussion up as it may help others and will add to it if it turns out that the fix was not really a fix and problem reoccurs.
