Central Heating Does Not Turn Off
I installed the system, and it worked normally for six months.
This week, however, my house radiator keeps heating.
I removed all cables from CH_NO, HW_NC, and HW_NO.
When I tested CH_NO, it still shows 240V even after turning off the central heating in the app or through the wireless receiver (programmer). Could the wireless receiver (programmer) be defective?

Looks like it. Might be worth hitting it. (Stuck relay).

@henryhung Hello. Reiterating @Montage that looks like a stuck relay problem. A sharp tap with the handle of a screwdriver may release the relay. If that is the problem, best to ask your supplier/Tado for a warranty replacement.

At least you know what you are dealing with now.

Today, I received a replacement unit.
After installation, the CH relay stuck issue was resolved.
However, the HW relay on the new unit is now stuck. It can be temporarily fixed by powering off the unit several times, but after a few HW on/off cycles, the HW relay becomes stuck again.
Excellent quality control.

That’s a great experience! I’d probably be looking for a replacement.

There seems to be far too many of these being reported on the forum. Certainly not an issue I'd expect to see considering that relays for this job have been working perfectly in millions of other products for years
I had this experience once (or maybe twice) shortly after I installed my Extension kit (5+ years ago) but it'snot happened since and I did wonder if it was firmware rather than a physical issue.
@Emcee , what is Tado doing about the quality of the relays fitted to the wireless receivers? I believe there have also been reports of this with Tado X so I assume the same relay type is being used on both product lines. It certainly won't help Tado's reputation if warranty replacements continue to exhibit the same issue!
