Nightmare user experience - failed to add a new user to our home

I sent an invite to a new user to join our home

They received the email, clicked the link in the email to join our home, this took them to downloaded the tado app

They created a new account but can't see our home in the app

We've gone round in circles many times - they click on the link in the invite email, that takes them to logon, that opens the app but doesn't show our home

I've resent the invite - round the loop again

They've deleted and reinstalled the app - round the loop again

What is wrong with the app - it should be so simple to join an existing home????

    Out of own experience: when inviting someone, and they create an account with the same email address, they'll get access to the home (unless the email address is already assigned to another home). Did about 40 invites so far.

    - Are you sure the email address is the exact same as the invited one?
    - The app probably isn't the issue. Check the account using https://app.tado.com
    - Did you try contracting support?
