Does a Tado Radiator Valve close straight after reaching set temperature?

I have a Boiler which requires one Radiator to be permanently 'on' so as to allow the boiler to circulate water down to a given temperature - normally takes about 2/3 minutes after last device has turned off. Does Tado compensate for this i.e. valve stays open short period after Boiler control thermostat has turned off the boiler?

No, they close randomly, often before the signal to switch off the boiler is sent
Luckily I left one radiator without a TRV (in a bathroom) otherwise I would have busted my boiler5
