Hi .. having issues getting my tado to work.
I keep getting the below message.

    Did you get any help from TADO? I'm feed up now, I'm trying to contact them, and I have no response - I'm starting to this this is a scam... it is surreal that there is no help from Technical Team and we cannot use the product we have purchased...

    just got word back from tado today... took a bit & fingers crossed it'll work when I go to try thing evening.. if not it'll all be packed up & away back.

    hoping it will work though as i've been after smart heating a long time now.
