I started a chat with tado help about 3 o clock as the extension wasn’t cooperating. I’m still yet to get a response. I had to put all the heating back to original controls so effectively have worked for nothing and got to go back. How long do people generally have to wait? I also started a chat on 3 different devices to try get a response but nothing. Still not resolved either

    Try calling their tech help line on 02038932159, the centre is based in Munich and I don't think operate over the weekend. I rang them twice during an install, they answered very quickly and their technical assistance was excellent.
