V3+ "Upgrade" = No auto assist

I just upgraded my V3 app to the V3+. I now see that functionality has been taken out such as heating indicator and you can no longer swipe between rooms (I can live with this)
On top of this, I am reading that whilst I had geo fencing included in the Tado V3 app I somehow have now agreed to a subscription base for this????
Please tell me this is not true!
If so please make it possible to go back to the old app V3. You don't have to refund.
c12ble ✭For the V3+ you now have to pay a one off £20 fee, which gives you access to geo again, when companies bring new things out you expect them to offer more, and gain a better experience, Tado seem to have got greedy by putting the price of the system up, remove items and change for things that was once free.6
