I had occasion to copy a post from yourselves informing a member here who had no heating at all, what your emergency procedures are.
My post had to go to you for approval - how useful is that in an emergency!!
It is now 1720 hrs and my post has still not been approved. I appreciate the time and the season but your emergency response must always be available.
The post in question was entitled Just installed thrmostate and extention kit all showing connected on App but still no heating?
