My previous question was closed by resolving this without my response

Hi can I ask
1. how you can give advise on calling a professional, without know if i was a professional before hand.
2.there was no issue with the wiring when installed the way expected an not following the assistance
3. The helpline stated the software was out of date and nothing else would be required once this has installed
4. The bridge, reciever & thermostat required re connecting and guess what it still doesn't work properly. All connected on app but no response from thermostat
