I too am having to turn off early start. It’s coming on at 3AM to heat my bedroom in time for 6AM! By 3:30AM, it’s hotter than it should be at 6AM which makes it uncomfortable to sleep, nevermind the crazy gas usage! It’s supposed to save money!!0

Mine is starting at a sensible time as it is on temperature at the block start but it carries on heating for too much time after the temperature is reached so it's overshooting by 1C on a daily basis.
It does vary how early it starts so I am loathed to turn it off as is it at least consistent in getting things up to temperature at roughly the right time. It will be as little as a few minutes. I can always push the schedule a little later as it doesn't matter what happens after as that temperature is left static for the rest of the day.
