Can anyone tell me how i can cancel a half done thermostat installation

When I was halfway through installing/connecting the smart thermostat hit problems so I changed my intended installation to include an extension, despite contacting Tado by email and chat request they reset/cancel the thermostat installation nothing has been done ...now it's the week end and I'm stuck unless someone can help?

Hi,

Unfortunately you'll need to contact support to have this removed - it currently isn't possible to cancel the installation process anything other than the Smart Radiator Thermostats or the Smart AC Control.
