Additional physical sensors (presence, doors closed) for more targeted routines

It would be great to have couple of additional sensor types to allow more customised routines:
- presence/motion sensor
- door/window open sensor
These sensors could be additional conditions to the routines, e.g.:
- heat bathroom to 23 degrees only when the door is closed
- heat Office to 21 degrees Monday-Friday 8-18 OR when the presence is detected
- heat the studio to 21 degrees only when doors are closed and presence is detected and geofencing is "at home".
This would partly resolve/help with user specific routines (guests in particular).
Also you should consider bringing back a temperature sensor more akin one from the v1 sets - so they are smaller and cheaper than current wireless temperature sensor (which is in fact just an inferior version of the thermostat)
