Hi all, just installed the wireless starter kit v3+.
The installation instructions for Viessman Vitodens 100-W B1KC did not say anything about removing the old wireless receiver.

It would be nice with a little mention on that :)

    Agree! We disabled our old Viessman thermostat but there was nothing about unplugging the signal receiver at the boiler - thankfully I saw your comment!

    We are having the same issue, how do we disconnect the old wireless receiver please?

    I suspect they will ask that you provide the following information:

    • your receiver make and model, and
    • a picture (pdf or jpg) of the wiring of your current receiver.
      (Before you remove the cover of any device, please make sure the power to the heating system is off)
