schedules that can be assigned to week numbers (for co-parenting)

When faced with co parenting, kids are typically away for a week and the next week they're back. During the off weeks, no heating in their rooms and their bathroom is required and that cost can be saved. In vacation time this scheduling can change, for example two weeks of and then back. So having the ability to make two (or more) schedules and assign the to weeks of the year allows this flexiblity. In its simplest for schedule A could be assigned to certain weeks of the year and schedule B is assigned to other weeks (that are not assigned yet).
Please take a more advanced scheduling into account as many people live in these situations.
