Landlord control anonymous
Hi, I’ve had the Tado installed on basis that I can control remotely but my tenant (once found) can also control. Aim here is I can ultimately control and add/remove tenants to then manage accordingly. How ever I live next door and don’t want to share my contact details with tenant under fully managed or I’ll be opening the door for all sorts, I want to leave that to management. Issue is if you “invite” someone it says my full name and. Intact details too. I want this to be generic eg. “Landlord” has invited you and they can login etc. I have tried a few things and tested but none work….any ideas/help?

If I understand your post correctly, you would like change the name associated with your Web User Account.
