Taco V3+ internet bridge, USB connection loose

Hi I have had the Tado v3+ for just over 2 years. Unfortunately it seems to the USB power source connection is now loosening and regularly disconnecting. I have to keep the wire and bridge in a certain position to reconnect. Have others noticed this to be an issue after a while as well? Does this usually mean it will stop connecting completely after a while? Wanted to check before I get a replacement. It’s a bit annoying if this happens after 2 years and you have to replace it every time.
