Hi! I have a tado X thermostat and when I use the app to turn on the boiler, it takes about 1 minute to send the signal. It's normal? It takes a minute to turn off too

    I also find there is a delay so I don't think you need to worry.

    @Daniel_Sai Hello Daniel, that's normal. It can take a minute or two for the 'cloud' based systems to do their magic and turn ON or turn OFF.
