Extend the diameter of the Home Area.

Way back around 2013, when I first fitted a Tado system with an extension kit as a relay control over the boiler, there was a bug in Tado's system.
It couldn't locate my actual address correctly on the map and it also allowed me to set the Home Area diameter to as much as 50 miles away from home.
Since moving into a very rural area where the shops are a 15 min drive, 11 miles away, there is a new problem. The present day geofence settings will only allow me 3km radius! That means a short shopping trip kills the heating and the house drops in temperature really fast in the dead of winter.
Am told this cannot be altered by support. So here's a suggestion. Make that a setting which allows more room. Not everybody lives in an urban setting.

    Thanks for your suggestion. This is especially relevant now that tado° X is focusing on larger homes which, necessarily, are not located in urban areas.

    Wondering if there are others who had a working lifestyle like mine. I spent a lot of time travelling and working away from home. The house's central heating would shut down whilst I was away, but because it would take one hour to warm up fully, it would turn on as I left the airport and was within 50 miles.

    Now, in rural areas I face the same problems. Leave the house, it cools down fast and i need to let the app know that it shouldnt shut everything down when am not around - the geofence radius needs to be set by end users. It was once.
