What Tado Kit Do I need please?

Hi I am unsure what Tado kit I need to buy. My system consists of a conventional boiler and water tank. It has two zones:

• Zone 1: Underfloor central heating using a Honeywell Y6630D Wireless Room Thermostat and a Grässlin Towerchron QE1 timer. (The thermostat HC60NG Receiver Box is located upstairs in the airing cupboard and the wireless thermostat itself in the living room), and
• Zone 2: Hot water and Radiators using a Towerstat thermostat and a Grässlin Towerchron QE2 timer. (The Towerstat thermostat is located on the landing)

The two zones have independent programming QE1 and QE2

What kit do I need please?…..
