My tado bridge white connection light is continuously flashing and trying to connect but won't I have changed my internet provider would this be a issue I also have the wired in tado boiler control

Hello @Hobbs7 Welcome. Presuming that everything was working before you changed internet provider and fitted a new router? The most likely issue is an incompatibility between the Internet dongle and the ethernet port or usb power on the new router.

• Who are the new internet provider and the new router model?
• Who are the old internet provider and the old router model?

If this is a router incompatibilty ... our rellie uses a cheap TP/Link wifi extender with an ethernet port and a separate USB power block to connect the Internet dongle. Others use a cheap ethernet switch betwwen the dongle and router to handle the incompatibility.

I don't think the internet provider is the issue.

Try the following:

1. If you connected the USB cable to a router, please use the external power adapter instead to power the Internet Bridge from a wall socket.
   
2. Try a different power supply cable and/or power adaptor to power the Internet Bridge.
